A few things to know.
Who owns the domain?
You are the registrant. TGM manages the purchase through NameSilo. Your verified email and contact details are used for registration. Keep those details accurate and complete any registry verification emails.
What happens after checkout?
Payment is authorized first. We recheck the price and availability, register the domain and verify it before capturing the payment. A bank authorization can remain visible temporarily if registration cannot be completed. A return from checkout is not a registration confirmation.
How do renewals work?
Registration is for one year. Auto-renewal is off. Sign in to My domains to request a renewal at the current price before expiry. Expired domains and special recovery fees require support.
Are premium domains and email included?
This checkout covers standard new registrations only. TGM’s existing premium domains are purchased through GoDaddy / Afternic. A landing page, hosting and email are quoted separately.
